UI/UX Design · Product Design · Digital Experience

Design Experiences People Understand, Use and Remember.

Your product may have the right features. Your website may have the right information. Your application may have powerful technology. But if users cannot understand what to do next, the experience is already costing you.

Filari combines UX research, product thinking, interaction design and high-fidelity UI to create digital experiences that are intuitive, scalable and built around real business goals — from websites and mobile apps to SaaS platforms, dashboards and enterprise systems.

Research-led

We design from user needs, business goals and product context — not assumptions.

Conversion-focused

Every important journey is designed to reduce friction and move users toward action.

Development-ready

Our designs are structured for real-world implementation, not just presentation.

Problem → Solution

Your Users Don't See Your Features. They Experience Your Product.

A product can be technically powerful and still fail because the experience makes users work too hard.

PROBLEM 01

"Our website looks good, but it doesn't convert."

Visitors arrive but don't understand the value, trust the brand or know what to do next.

We solve it with

Conversion-focused UX

Clear information hierarchy User journeys Landing-page UX CTA architecture Navigation redesign Content hierarchy Conversion paths Mobile-first interaction
Result: A website designed not just to look premium, but to help visitors understand, trust and act.
PROBLEM 02

"Our application has too many steps."

Users abandon forms, onboarding, checkout or important workflows because the journey is unnecessarily complicated.

We solve it with

Journey & Workflow Design

User flows Task analysis Information architecture Form UX Onboarding Checkout Search Filtering Error states Progressive disclosure
Result: Less friction. Fewer unnecessary decisions. Faster completion.
PROBLEM 03

"Our SaaS or enterprise product is powerful — but confusing."

Complex products often become difficult to navigate as features, permissions and workflows grow.

We solve it with

Product UX

Dashboard architecture Role-based experiences Complex workflows Data visualization Permissions Navigation systems Notifications Empty states Advanced tables Search & filters
Result: Complex functionality becomes simple, structured and understandable.
PROBLEM 04

"Our product works, but the experience feels inconsistent."

Different screens, platforms and teams create different patterns.

We solve it with

Design Systems

UI components Design tokens Typography Color systems Spacing Interaction patterns Responsive components Accessibility patterns Documentation
Result: A consistent product experience that is easier to maintain and faster to scale.
What We Design

From User Research to Pixel-Perfect Product Experiences.

Filari's UI/UX process covers the complete design lifecycle — not just the final interface.

01

UX Research & Product Discovery

Before designing screens, we understand users, business objectives, the existing product, competitors, journeys, pain points, analytics, workflows and technical constraints.

User interviews Usability testing Heuristic evaluation Analytics review Competitor analysis
02

Information Architecture & User Flows

We define what users need, where they need it and what they do next.

Information architecture Sitemap User flows Task flows Journey maps Navigation structure Content hierarchy
03

Wireframes & Prototyping

Before spending time on visual polish, we validate the experience.

Low-fidelity wireframes High-fidelity prototypes Interactive flows Mobile flows Desktop flows Clickable prototypes Usability validation
04

UI & Product Design

Then we create the visual system.

High-fidelity UI Responsive design Mobile UI Web UI SaaS dashboards Enterprise interfaces Design systems Micro-interactions Accessibility Visual hierarchy
05

Developer-Ready Handoff

Design doesn't end when the Figma file is delivered.

Components States Responsive behaviour Specifications Assets Design system Developer handoff

Because Filari also has engineering capability, the design can be developed with the technical implementation in mind — a major differentiator versus a standalone design studio.

Business Impact

Better UX Is Not Just Better Design. It's Better Business.

A strong digital experience can influence how users convert, activate, adopt and stay.

Conversion

Help users understand value and take action.

Activation

Help new users reach their first meaningful outcome faster.

Adoption

Make features easier to discover and use.

Retention

Reduce frustration and unnecessary complexity.

FAQ

UI/UX Design — Frequently Asked Questions

1

What does UI/UX design include?

UI/UX design combines user experience strategy and interface design. Depending on the project, Filari can cover UX research, information architecture, user flows, wireframes, prototyping, UI design, responsive design, design systems, usability validation and developer handoff.

2

What is the difference between UI and UX design?

UX (User Experience) focuses on how a user completes tasks and experiences a product. UI (User Interface) focuses on the visual and interactive interface users interact with. At Filari, we treat them as connected disciplines: UX defines the experience; UI makes that experience clear, usable and visually coherent.

3

Do you design websites as well as applications?

Yes. Filari designs corporate websites, business websites, e-commerce websites, SaaS platforms, web applications, mobile applications, enterprise portals, dashboards, customer portals and internal business systems.

4

Can you redesign our existing website or application?

Yes. We can start with a UX Audit to identify usability, navigation, information architecture, mobile experience and conversion problems before recommending a redesign. This avoids redesigning screens simply for visual reasons when the underlying problem may be structural.

5

Do you conduct UX research before designing?

Yes, when the project scope requires it. Research can include user interviews, competitor research, analytics analysis, heuristic evaluation, user journey analysis, usability testing and stakeholder interviews. The exact research approach depends on the product, available data and project objectives.

6

Can you design complex SaaS and enterprise applications?

Yes. This is one of the areas where UX strategy becomes particularly important. We design complex experiences involving multiple user roles, permissions, dashboards, workflows, data-heavy screens, tables, search, filters, approvals, notifications and multi-step processes. The objective is to make complex systems easy to understand without removing the underlying functionality.

7

Do you design mobile applications?

Yes. We design experiences for iOS, Android, Flutter applications, React Native applications and cross-platform products. Mobile UX includes navigation, gestures, responsive behaviour, onboarding, forms, notifications and platform-specific interaction patterns.

8

Will you provide the Figma files?

Yes. Depending on the engagement, the final deliverables can include Figma design files, components, prototypes, design system, assets, specifications, responsive layouts and developer handoff documentation.

9

Do you create a design system?

Yes. For larger or evolving products, we recommend a design system rather than designing every screen independently. A design system can include design tokens, typography, colors, components, states, patterns, guidelines and documentation. This helps maintain consistency and accelerates future product development.

10

Can Filari also develop what it designs?

Yes — and this is one of Filari's key advantages. Filari operates across UI/UX, web development, mobile development, custom software, APIs, integrations and AI/automation. This allows design and engineering to work together from the beginning rather than treating development as an afterthought.

11

Can you improve conversion through UX design?

Yes, where conversion is part of the project objective. We can analyse landing-page structure, navigation, CTA placement, forms, user journeys, checkout, onboarding, content hierarchy and mobile experience. However, conversion improvement should be measured against the actual business funnel rather than promised as a fixed percentage before baseline data is available.

12

How long does a UI/UX project take?

It depends on scope. A focused UX audit may take around 1–2 weeks, while a complete product design engagement can take several weeks to multiple months depending on the number of workflows, platforms, user roles and design-system requirements. We define the timeline after understanding the product scope.

13

How much does UI/UX design cost?

Filari UI/UX engagements start from approximately ₹35,000 for focused UX audits and ₹1.25L+ for product UX/UI design. Larger product design systems and complex enterprise applications are scoped separately.

14

Do you use AI in your UI/UX process?

Yes — but AI is used to accelerate design thinking and exploration, not replace UX judgment. Depending on the project, AI can support research synthesis, content structuring, design exploration, rapid prototyping, UX evaluation, accessibility checks, design iteration and synthetic scenario testing. Human research, product strategy and design judgment remain central.

15

Can you work with our existing development team?

Yes. Filari can work as a Design Partner, a Design + Development Partner, or an Extended Product Team. We can adapt the handoff process to your existing development workflow.

16

Can you redesign only one part of our product?

Yes. A full redesign isn't always necessary. We can focus on specific journeys such as login, onboarding, checkout, admission, dashboard, search, booking, payment, application forms, student portal or admin workflow.

17

What industries do you design for?

Filari works across multiple industries, including Education, Manufacturing, Travel & Tourism, Government, E-commerce, Healthcare, Professional Services and Technology businesses. Our UX approach is adapted to the users, workflows and business requirements of each industry.

18

What do you need from us to start?

Typically: product/business context, existing website or application, target users, business objectives, existing analytics if available, existing brand guidelines, technical constraints and competitor references. If the product is still at the idea stage, we can begin with discovery and help define the experience from the ground up.
