Amity University Online – Study Abroad

Start at home. Finish abroad.
How Amity Online Study Abroad explains a two-country degree on one website.

Amity Online Study Abroad lets Indian students start a degree online with Amity, then finish it on a partner campus abroad. Filari planned the site around the questions students ask, and built destination, university and programme pages, fees in the student's currency, and OTP-verified leads that go straight to the CRM.

Each verified enquiry is sent to the CRM through an API. The CRM first searches by mobile number: a returning student updates their existing record, and a new student becomes a new lead assigned to a counsellor. No duplicates, no copying from inboxes.

Under the hood

Next.js, a headless CMS and the integrations behind every lead

The front end is a Next.js site that serves fast, search-friendly pages. Content comes from a headless CMS, and images are served from a separate static asset domain.

Next.js pages

Destination, university and programme pages are rendered ready for search engines, with optimised images through Next.js.

Headless CMS

Universities, programmes, rankings, blogs and events are structured content, so pages stay consistent as the catalogue grows.

Separate asset domain

Logos and images are served from a static asset domain, with separate environments for development and production.

SEO foundations

Canonical URLs, Open Graph and Twitter cards, an XML sitemap and clean, readable URLs for every country, university and programme.

Lead capture with consent

Forms capture email and phone with explicit consent for contact by email, SMS, WhatsApp and voice.

Geo-IP multi-currency

The visitor's IP address sets their country, which sets the currency for fees and payment.

Payment gateway API

Payments run through an integrated gateway; confirmations return by API and attach to the application.

OTP verification

Mobile numbers are verified with a one-time code before any lead is created.

CRM sync by API

Verified leads are pushed to the CRM, which looks up the mobile number to update or create a record.

Built to extend

New destinations follow the same templates, so adding a country means adding content, not rebuilding pages.

Inside the build

Three problems behind a simple counselling form

Challenge

Students visit from India and other countries, and the fee has to make sense to each of them.

Solution

The site reads the visitor's country from their IP address and shows fees and payment in the matching currency.

Why it mattered

Students see a price they understand, and the payment links back to their application.

Challenge

Fake and mistyped phone numbers waste counsellor time.

Solution

A one-time code is sent to the mobile number before any enquiry is saved.

Why it mattered

Counsellors call real, reachable students only.

Challenge

The same student often enquires more than once, from different pages.

Solution

Each verified lead is sent to the CRM by API. The CRM searches by mobile number first, then updates the existing record or creates a new one.

Why it mattered

No duplicate leads, and every counsellor sees the full history.

What we learned

A pathway programme is two decisions at once: a programme and a country. Students trust the site when every page answers both in the same order: where, which university, how long online and on campus, and what it costs. Fixed templates for destinations and programmes made that consistency possible, and let the team add universities without new design work.
